The goal of a Post op Lymphatic Drainage Massage is to re stimulate the lymphatic system and help relieve swelling that occurs when procedures such as cosmetic surgery (bbl, tummy tuck, Lipo 360, etc)  disrupts your lymphatic system.  

This modality is also great for  Oncology Patients who have also endured a surgical procedure in removal of cancer cell/tumors as well as lymph nodes in the affected area & has received approval from their Oncologist for massages an on going treatments as well as other medical surgeries.  

This modality involves gentle pumping manipulation to activate the lymph nodes as well as a medium pressure of strokes to help move the fluids  to the nearest lymph nodes for internal draining, for a faster & better recovery & to prevent fibrosis as much as possible.  

UV Red Light Therapy is available as an add on to the lymphatic drainage massager an additional fee for any client to help with relief due to continuation of soreness & discomfort during recovery.

Fibrosis Massage is a unique modality that involves breaking down fibrotic tissue also known as fibrosis, which is a common side effect from any liposuction procedure performed.  It is commonly described as the skin developing ridge texture due to possible inconsistent massages or possible massages performed incorrectly, or due to the lack of compression garments worn incorrectly.  Your skin surface may feel extremely stiff at times and uncomfortable.  You may also experience some unfamiliar lumps that may develop further down your post op recovery. Lymphatic fluid may also posusiblydevelop solidification underneath the skin. 

At this point, lymphatic massages will be necessary however, this treatment will also involve either the usage of cupping or heat treatments such as hot stones to break down the fibrotic tissue. Multiple session may be necessary depending on the severity.

Fibrosis foam boards will most likely be recommended for application under your faja in between sessions.

This modality has its similarities of massage benefits and techniques that are utilized for the post op clients incorporating a combination of Brazilian style and Voder Style lymphatic massage for an effective result in reducing inflammation, sinus relief as well as part of a detox benefit for those in a weight loss journey.   Wood therapy and Red Light Therapy can be added to your service upon request for an additional fee.

 This Modality focuses on the special needs of the mother to be as her body goes through the dramatic changes of pregnancy.  It enhances the function of muscles & joints, improves circulation, & general body tone as well as relief of mental emotional and physical fatigue by managing their cortisol levels due to stress.  It also helps the mother to be in preparation for a possible smoother labor & delivery experience.

Lymphatic Drainage massage can be incorporated in this modality using the same gentle light strokes to help management of swelling on hands, legs & feet. 

NOTE:  This modality was designed to prepare the pregnant client for a smoother, & easier delivery experience. It is not guaranteed that it will stimulate pressure points to induce labor at your 39th -40th week the pregnancy.

One of the most common type of massages performed to energies the body & improved overall health.  The goal of Swedish massage is to melt away muscle tension and increase the blood flow to your heart. Swedish Massage is extremely therapeutic as it decreases muscle toxins, increases oxygen levels in the blood, and improves flexibility in the body.  It involves a variety of strokes such as effleurage, petrissage, kneading, tapotement, and friction circles. 

Add ons such as Hot Stones and Paraffin wax (for hands and feet)  are available for an additional fee.

A therapeutic massage technique designed to target the deeper muscular layers, fascia, (connective tissue), and chronic tension patterns in the body. Unlike a relaxation-focused massage (Swedish), that primarily work on mainly the surface, deep tissue massage applies slow, deliberate pressure and various techniques  through layers of tissue to address long standing muscle tightness, adhesions (knots), and areas of restricted movement.  Hot stones and/or cupping may be inclusive in these sessions for an even more effective massage for more relief. 

It is especially beneficial for individuals experiencing chronic pain, muscle stiffness, postural imbalances, or limited mobility.
