FAQ's
1) What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation policy requires that you must give your massage therapist 12 hours notice prior to appointment time to either cancel or reschedule without penalty. Failure to comply with the policy will result in a $35 penalty fee applied to your credit card held on file. Same penalty will be applied to all NO SHOWS!
2) Do you require a credit card to make an appointment?
Yes I do require all appointments to be held with a credit card for cancellation policy purposes, even if you purchased for your massages in advance. Your credit card will NOT be charged during the booking of this appointment. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions around this policy.
3) Do you offer couples massages?
Unfortunately at this time I am currently unable to provide any couples massages due to the fact that I am a sole proprietor practice. I do however provide back to back massages for couples. My goal is to build a team in the near future in which my practice will have the capability to offer couples' massages hopefully in the near future.
4) Do you offer Massages for Spa Parties?
As a sole proprietor, I do not have the accommodations to provide any spa day event at my current establishment. That service will be in the works very soon. Stay tuned for updates.
5) Do you offer any other special services besides massage?
Emerald's Massage Wellness is a sole proprietor professional business that strictly provides nothing but massage therapy and sculpting maintenance for clients. Any solicit or inappropriate services requested is unacceptable and will result in immediate termination of business with the client.

6) What forms of payments do you accept?
Emerald's Massage Wellness currently accepts Cash, Checks, credit card payments as well as Contactless payments such as PayPal, CashAPP, Zelle, Venmo, & Apple Pay. Now accepting After Pay as a payment option for packages and pay in installment payments through your After Pay account. (Buy Now Pay Later).
